La Unidad Regional Anticorrupci\u00f3n investiga un presunto fraude al fisco que se habr\u00eda extendido por ocho a\u00f1os, involucrando cobros irregulares a sueldos de asesores parlamentarios.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

La Unidad Regional Anticorrupci\u00f3n de la Fiscal\u00eda de Valpara\u00edso<\/strong> ha activado una investigaci\u00f3n formal contra la senadora Camila Flores (RN)<\/strong>. No se trata de una simple sospecha: el Ministerio P\u00fablico indaga un presunto esquema de fraude al fisco con un perjuicio estimado en $300 millones<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El “modus operandi”: Retorno de sueldos<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Seg\u00fan los datos de la indagatoria, la senadora habr\u00eda obligado a sus asesores parlamentarios a devolver parte de sus sueldos mensuales en efectivo<\/strong>. Este m\u00e9todo, operado presuntamente a trav\u00e9s de una secretaria de confianza, permit\u00eda que fondos p\u00fablicos destinados a asesor\u00eda t\u00e9cnica fueran desviados de su cauce legal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La Fiscal\u00eda cuenta con un plazo de 40 d\u00edas<\/strong> para realizar las siguientes diligencias:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Peritaje de registros digitales.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Recopilaci\u00f3n de testimonios de excolaboradores.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • An\u00e1lisis de flujos financieros vinculados al entorno de la parlamentaria.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Gravedad y Fe P\u00fablica<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Las asignaciones parlamentarias provienen de los impuestos de todos los chilenos y tienen como fin exclusivo la labor legislativa. El desv\u00edo de estos fondos hacia el beneficio personal, pr\u00e1ctica conocida como “cortar la cola”<\/strong>, es un delito que golpea la base de la fe p\u00fablica. Expertos legales, como el exfiscal Carlos Gajardo<\/strong>, advierten que este caso podr\u00eda revelar una pr\u00e1ctica sist\u00e9mica dentro del Congreso que debe ser erradicada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
