LA LEY KARIN EN EL LIMBO"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>El Gobierno retir\u00f3 el reglamento de la Contralor\u00eda, dejando la Ley Karin sin operatividad real y postergando la protecci\u00f3n efectiva contra el acoso sexual y laboral en el pa\u00eds.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">La <strong>Ley Karin<\/strong>, dise\u00f1ada para establecer est\u00e1ndares modernos contra el acoso sexual, laboral y la violencia en el trabajo, se encuentra hoy en un punto muerto. El gobierno de <strong>Jos\u00e9 Antonio Kast<\/strong> retir\u00f3 el reglamento de la Contralor\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica, una acci\u00f3n administrativa que, en la pr\u00e1ctica, congela la aplicaci\u00f3n de la norma y deja a miles de trabajadores desprotegidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 significa este vac\u00edo legal?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Sin un reglamento vigente, <strong>no existen reglas claras para investigar ni sancionar<\/strong> las conductas de acoso bajo los nuevos est\u00e1ndares. Esto implica consecuencias graves para el ecosistema laboral:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Protocolos obsoletos:<\/strong> Las empresas no est\u00e1n obligadas a actualizar sus reglamentos internos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Desprotecci\u00f3n:<\/strong> Los trabajadores quedan bajo las normas antiguas, las cuales han demostrado ser insuficientes y mucho menos protectoras que la nueva legislaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Incerteza jur\u00eddica:<\/strong> No hay un procedimiento estandarizado para las denuncias, lo que desincentiva a las v\u00edctimas a dar el paso.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Una gesti\u00f3n bajo la lupa<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">El retiro de decretos se ha transformado en una pr\u00e1ctica recurrente en la actual administraci\u00f3n. M\u00e1s all\u00e1 del tecnicismo legal, esta decisi\u00f3n refleja una evidente <strong>falta de urgencia<\/strong> en temas cr\u00edticos de dignidad laboral y seguridad, afectando principalmente a las mujeres y a los sectores m\u00e1s vulnerables de la fuerza de trabajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Mientras en las oficinas de la capital se posterga la tramitaci\u00f3n de documentos, en la <strong>Regi\u00f3n del Maule<\/strong> las v\u00edctimas de acoso siguen esperando las herramientas de defensa que esta ley les prometi\u00f3.
