El decreto hab\u00eda sido firmado en julio de 2025 con el objetivo de convertir ese lugar en el sitio de memoria m\u00e1s grande del pa\u00eds, en reconocimiento a las graves violaciones a los derechos humanos cometidas all\u00ed durante la dictadura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">El ministro de Vivienda, Iv\u00e1n Poduje, justific\u00f3 la decisi\u00f3n por razones presupuestarias. Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el presupuesto del Minvu est\u00e1 comprometido en un 97% y que los 47 mil millones de pesos que costar\u00eda la expropiaci\u00f3n pueden destinarse a la construcci\u00f3n de viviendas sociales. \u201cGobernar es priorizar\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Desde el Maule, el diputado Roberto Celed\u00f3n fue directo en su cuenta de X:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><br>\u201cColonia Dignidad fue uno de los centros m\u00e1s brutales de violaci\u00f3n a los derechos humanos en la historia de Chile. Por eso, es inaceptable que se deje sin efecto su expropiaci\u00f3n mediante una decisi\u00f3n adoptada sin consulta y comunicada por la prensa. Las v\u00edctimas no pueden ser ignoradas. Aqu\u00ed no solo se compromete una pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica, sino una demanda hist\u00f3rica de reparaci\u00f3n. No se trata solo de recursos, sino de memoria, justicia y dignidad\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">El exministro de Justicia, Jaime Gajardo, quien impuls\u00f3 el proceso, tambi\u00e9n reaccion\u00f3: calific\u00f3 la medida como una decisi\u00f3n incomprensible que afecta directamente a las v\u00edctimas y sus familias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">El debate est\u00e1 abierto.
