Este <strong>26 de marzo de 2026<\/strong>, se oficializ\u00f3 la designaci\u00f3n de <strong>Iskra Cox Aguilar<\/strong> como la nueva <strong>Secretaria Regional Ministerial (Seremi) de Salud<\/strong>. Sin embargo, para los trabajadores del sector p\u00fablico, aquel episodio qued\u00f3 grabado como una deuda de justicia administrativa que hoy, con su regreso al poder, se siente como una afrenta directa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong>LA CAUSA PENAL: EL MURO \u00c9TICO QUE EL GOBIERNO IGNOR\u00d3<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">A diferencia de su salida en 2023, el escenario actual de Iskra Cox reviste una gravedad mayor. Fuentes vinculadas al \u00e1mbito judicial confirman que la hoy Seremi de Salud mantiene una <strong>investigaci\u00f3n penal abierta<\/strong>. El principio de probidad administrativa exige que los funcionarios p\u00fablicos mantengan una conducta intachable, una vara que parece haberse quebrado con esta designaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">En un contexto donde la confianza en las instituciones es fr\u00e1gil, situar a una persona procesada penalmente a la cabeza de la Serem\u00eda de Salud \u2014organismo encargado de fiscalizar, sancionar y velar por la norma sanitaria\u2014 representa un riesgo institucional evidente. La pregunta que la Delegaci\u00f3n Regional y el Ministerio de Salud deben responder es: \u00bfHubo una revisi\u00f3n real de antecedentes judiciales antes de firmar el decreto?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong>EL MENSAJE A LA REGI\u00d3N<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">El regreso de Iskra Cox al Maule, amparada por un cargo de confianza pol\u00edtica a pesar de sus flancos judiciales, env\u00eda un mensaje demoledor a los funcionarios de carrera y a la opini\u00f3n p\u00fablica: el historial de conflictos y las causas penales no parecen ser impedimento para acceder al poder.
